If you are not satisfied with the support of Airtel Customer care then walk-in to the nearest Airtel Relationship Center (ARC), if you are still not satisfied then speak to the Nodal Officer and if still your problem is not solved then speak to the Applet officer.
Please do not send mails to these officers they are too slow to respond. Call them up. The Applet / Nodal officer numbers for your area is available in Airtel web site.
I am happy with the support and service from the Applet and Nodal officers. My SIM got blocked as it was not used for long time. I have contacted the customer care and walked into the nearest ARC. My address proof and request to reactivate the SIM were taken at ARC and I have waited for 2 weeks, there was no outcome and my SIM got deleted and my mobile number was send for recycling. I came to know about the Nodal officer and got the number of Kerala Nodal Officer. I called them up and raised my concern. They told me to submit my address proof again, I have done the same and waited for a week but no outcome. I agree that that Nodal officer have done their level best. Finally I called up Applet officer, by that time activating my old SIM became difficult and I was asked to get a duplicate SIM. I again walked into the next ARC and they told that SIM is not available. I really appreciate the efforts of Applet fooicers Rahul and Johnson. Rahul contacted the ARC and told them to issue a SIM urgently from the reserved stock. Finally I got the SIM and after lot of efforts from the Applet officers and from my side I got my mobile number back.
I am really happy that the number that I got the number back that was deleted and given for recycling...
So buddies please don't wait for long believing the Customer Care and ARCs just call the APPLET OFFICER / NODAL OFFICER
